Daredevil works really hard to fight crime on his city streets, but it seems as though he never took the time to fight crime online. Ever since Netflix released the full season of Daredevil on their streaming-video service (which cost less than 10 bucks per month), it has become the second most pirated show only trailing behind HBO's "Game of Thrones." So, what were the numbers? Just how many people downloaded the episode illegally? According to Excipio via Variety, over 2.1 million individuals have downloaded the episodes via torrent networks. Two million? That's a lot of people right? Yes, it is, but if you are a fan of the Game of Thrones series I'll let you know that people have illegally downloaded episodes from that series 6.5 million times!

Now that we have the numbers out of the way, which nations led the way in these illegal downloads? Check out the list below.

2. India - 149,316

3. United States- 144,351

4. United Kingdom - 119,891

5. France - 105,473

6. Australia - 101,025

Well there you have it! Most likely because of this, Marvel and Netflix will get together and make season two of Daredevil be titled, "Daredevil Vs. The Pirates!" But hey, even if the number are revealed to all, it won't stop this act from taking place. That's a problem only Netflix and Marvel can solve. What do you think about this? You people complaining about Netflix not being in enough countries know NOTHING about the pain licensing content for each individual country can be. It's not like Netflix can just get a "Europe" or "South America" license. They need unique licenses for each territory/country.

If it were up to Netflix, they'd be in every country. It's a capitalist business. Trust me, they love money.

Marvel will no wait 2 years until we get a season 2. What a lot of people are failing to understand is Marvel s bascially using te same filming teams to work on these showswith different show runners to save money. These sos were a risk. With Daredevil proving to be a hit theres no way they'll wait more than a year.

I will admit that I pirate shows from time to time but it is really too bad that people can't fork over $9 bucks to watch this. I get that watching Game of Thrones could cost like $50-100 from three months of HBO depending on where you live. But you can't just sign up to netflix for one month to watch a show?

@Ironruhail. When I tried to watch episode 1 first thing in the morning on the 10th I got "We are having trouble playing this title. Please try again later." 3 times in a row before it loaded. I was starting to lose my mind.
