Jennifer Walters finally teamed up with Daredevil in today's episode of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, but after the two lawyers spent the night together, there was still more story to tell before next week's finale. The hero attends a ceremony where she's named one of Los Angeles' best female lawyers, but things go bad fast.
Thanks to HulkKing and the Intelligencia, Jen's internet search history and private moments are shared on a big screen for all to see, including the night she spent with Josh. Yes, the creep recorded them, and this understandably leads to an enraged She-Hulk smashing her surroundings.
She pursues some masked members of the Intelligencia outside the building, but everyone is terrified of what they assume is now a Savage She-Hulk. Jen realises what she's done, but it's too late, and the Department of Damage Control is already there and closing in on the hero.
That's where we leave things, and while we're no closer to learning HulkKing's identity, Todd does return this week to seek out Jen's advice after buying a Wakandan spear stolen from the country. They want it back, but how much do you want to bet that's what he used to pierce She-Hulk's skin on behalf of whoever (likely The Leader) is really pulling the strings?
Then again, it could be a misdirect. We'll see.
What is interesting, however, is something Jen says a little earlier in the episode while breaking the fourth wall. "This is the big twist, isn't it? But the question is, is it the kind of twist that's like, 'There's another Hulk, but this one's red,' or like, 'I'm getting fridged.'"
That's obviously a nod to Red Hulk, and we can't help but wonder whether he'll appear as soon as next week. If he does, though, it may not be General "Thunderbolt" Ross who transforms if what we've seen from the show thus far is any indication!
There's a lot to squeeze into the finale, but something tells us that will bring some huge reveals. What did you think about the latest episode of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law?
