In She-Hulk: Attorney at Law's finale, it was revealed that Todd was the "mastermind" behind the Jennifer Walters hate campaign on the Reddit-like website, The Intelligencia.
While fans had theorised that The Leader might be "HulkKing" - or at least manipulating him for his own nefarious means - the truth was that Todd just hated being spurned by Jen following their date. Having acquired her blood, the villain transformed into Hulk-Todd thanks to a handy concoction, though that was all undone when She-Hulk confronted K.E.V.I.N.
Talking to The Hollywood Reporter, Todd actor Jon Bass confirmed that those fourth-wall-breaking shenanigans mean he no longer has Hulk powers.
"Crazier things have happened in the MCU," he added, teasing the potential return of Hulk-Todd. "People have come back from death. So I think Todd can grab another vial of blood. As a billionaire - as we know, in real life, they don’t spend too long in jail - so I think there’s room for Todd to grow into more evil ways."
"Todd’s got very few things on his mind. But one of them is revenge," Bass teased. "And we know he’s good at that."
The actor was also asked about previous comments in which he called Todd a "douchey incel" and where his inspiration came from. "I mean, it is pretty easy. It’s because it’s right there in our culture. It’s not something that you need to research. We live with it every day."
"If you’re on the Internet, and you like Marvel stuff, you’re gonna see it," he continued. "So yeah, it is pretty easy because it’s just something that we live with."
She-Hulk: Attorney at Law's finale definitely took us to some unexpected, crazy places, but that also meant Jen was able to deal with Todd through the courts rather than with her fists.
