Could we really end up with a second trailer for Venom: Let There Be Carnage before the first teaser for Spider-Man: No Way Home is released? It certainly looks that way, as another preview for the movie has been classified and reportedly sent out to theaters to play in front of Black Widow.
That means its online release is likely imminent, so you'll want to keep checking back here over the next few days!
For now, we have some new stills from the sequel featuring Eddie Brock (Tom Hardy), Cletus Kasady (Woody Harrelson), and Anne Weying (Michelle Williams). The latter briefly suited up as She-Venom in the first movie, and fans remain optimistic she could do the same here in order to help battle Carnage.
These aren't the most revealing shots, and actually bring back memories of the widely ridiculed first look at Venom that was just a shot of Tom Hardy looking like Tom Hardy! Sony Pictures learned from that, though, and the first trailer for the movie featured plenty of exciting symbiote action.
Check out these new stills from Venom: Let There Be Carnage below:
"Tom Hardy returns to the big screen as the lethal protector Venom, one of Marvel's greatest and most complex characters," reads a brief synopsis that was released on the movie's newly launched website earlier this year. "Directed by Andy Serkis, the film also stars Michelle Williams, Naomie Harris and Woody Harrelson, in the role of the villain Cletus Kasady/Carnage."
Venom: Let There Be Carnage stars Tom Hardy, Michelle Williams, Naomie Harris, Reid Scott, Stephen Graham, and Woody Harrelson. It's set to be released in theaters globally this September.
