i think they picked songbird because the thunderbolts were important in civil war...that doesn't explain why gambit and jean are in it though...and yes, the punisher is WAY overdue for these games

I really hope there will be better bo-staff moves in the game than in this trailer... Gambits an awesome character, but I feel that the games he's in doesn't do him much justice... And I have seen that move with a strong character picking up a rock and having it be charged or something one too many times; can't they think of anything else? But other than that i'm lookin forward to this game

Gambit looks badass his powers seem on point but ya evil ive seen it way to many times im pretty sure theyll have some kind of other moves maybe they just show that a lot so they dont show all the fusion moves so that youll have to play it to see it all

i don't know, but one of the last 3 better be the punisher, he was left out of the last one, but this one is based on civil war and he was very important in that...also Bullseye would be perfect for this style game

I seriously got an adrenaline rush when I came to this page and saw Gambit was one of the unveiled characters. Gambit is my favorite comic character... nay... my favorite fictional character of all time, and he will be part of my MUA2 team throughout the entire game, I probably won't use anyone else. He was so badass looking in that video!!!

Gambit did blow in the X-Men Legends. However, from what I've read from the developers is the unique thing Gambit adds to the game play is that his power can charge anything that he can pick up in the environment. pipes, rocks, barrels whatever and do some real damage.

Archangel would be an awesome change. He's never been a playable character in any Marvel game that I can think of.

Bring back Nightcrawler.

archangel (with metal wings) would be awesome, but this game is supposed to be based off civile war, it SHOULD only be people from cap and iron man's teams. many are, but there are still characters that don't belong here, like pretty much any of the x-men, but i get why they put them in, x-men sell...always! but don't kick out characters that were integral parts to the civil war story, like the punisher and bullseye

CorndogBurglar - Good point. But like you've mentioned it's "based" on the Civil War story line. Tossing in X-Men is probably a way for the player to effect the way it unfolds in an original way. The idea of throwing in a cool Marvel character whether they were involved in Civil War or not and playing them could be more of a drive than cast accuracy. I'm sure if key players in the original Civil War story line are not playable they will most likely be NPC. Of course, I'm only speculating here. Punisher would be a good substitute for a Nick Fury though.

Also, I hope there are costume changes again, Wolverine in his brown and tans is a must.

I absolutely loved the X-Men Legends games, and it was about time that somebody finally recognized that only an RPG style of game could capture such a large franchise as the X-Men. So the only reason I really want this game is to play as the X-Men. I know this is based on the Civil War, but if it wasn't for the X-Men characters this game would be worthless to me. This game does look flippin' sweet, and definitely looks and plays far better than the last Marvel Ultimate Alliance game.

i see what you mean for sure. i wouldn't mind if cyclops was in it, but it doesn't look like he will be unfortunately. and wolvie's oldschool brown costume is easily his best costume ever. and i'm sure there will be different costume changes, i loved that in the last one, esecially since thor could become beta ray bill like that!
