Superman sure does look odd with a the Soviet Union's hammer and sickle on his chest. Truth, Justice, and the American way get pushed aside for Communism. In 2003, Mark Millar ("Kick-Ass") dreamt up an alternate reality for Superman in which his Kryptonian spaceship landed in the Ukraine instead of Kansas. The three-issue comic book mini-series was nominated for the 2004 Eisner Award for best limited series.

Now, the fighting game, Injustice Gods Among Us, will include a special Red Son Pack based on that comic book mini-series. In order to receive the pack you'll have to pre-order the game at Gamestop or EB Games. For residents of the UK that offer also applies to Game.co.uk. The pack will include Red Son skins for Superman, Wonder Woman, and Solomon Grundy. There will also be 20 additional missions that will allow you to explore the Red Son storyline.
