It Looks Like The Next WONDER WOMAN Trailer Will Be With Us This Saturday

We thought that the next Wonder Woman trailer would be attached to Kong: Skull Island this weekend, but it instead looks like a different sort of sneak peek is on the way for the DC Films release.

This Saturday, WWE Superstar John Cena (who you can read all about over on our sister site The Ring Report) hosts the Kids Choice Awards on Nickelodeon. That's a show which is likely to appeal to only some of you, but the network is giving movie lovers added incentive to tune in with the promise of an exclusive sneak peek at Wonder Woman.

Rumours of a new trailer have persisted for a while now, though it's currently not clear whether this is going to be that or simply just a short TV spot or clip used to give Wonder Woman a quick promotional push before the main marketing campaign kicks off ahead of its June release.

Fresh looks at Transformers: The Last Knight and Power Rangers are also on the way, though, so it should still be worth watching to find out. There's no word on whether or not anything Marvel related will get a look in here, but you have to believe that they would have been mentioned if that was the case. Something Wonder Woman related is definitely worth getting excited over, especially as there's been so much positive buzz lately.

Warner Bros. and its DC Films Universe had a rough 2016, so the studio needs Wonder Woman to be a hit. It's obviously still far too soon to say if that will be the case, but an action-packed new trailer could go a long way in helping to get fans to root for the Amazon's first solo adventure.
