On the heels of the first official poster for The New Mutants, a new promotional still for the upcoming X-Men spin-off has found its way online.  The pic features the troubled team of youngsters sharing a lighter moment before the shadow of the Demon Bear falls upon them.

THE NEW MUTANTS: Get Better Acquainted With The 5 Team Members And The Actors That Play Them

We have Blu Hunt as Mirage; Charlie Heaton as Cannonball; Maisie Williams as Wolfsbane; Henry Zaga as Sunspot; and Anya Taylor-Joy as Magic, who seems to be sporting a very familiar looking puppet in her hand. Is this a nod to Lockheed the dragon, perhaps?

Check out the image below, along with a very creepy CCXB display. The New Mutants is set for release next April.
