I just found this on the Heat Vision blog. Here's a quote from what they said:

"Word among the Hollywood community is that [director Bryan] Singer has been using "[Jack the ] Giant Killer's" casting process as an opportunity to look for potential X-Men, vetting actors who may be qualified to play a young Cyclops or young Jean Grey.

In a way, he is casting two movies simultaneously and earning the title of multitasker of the month."

Im pretty sure they will use the same actor for Cyclops that was in XMO:W.

I hope not.Nothing to do with his performance, but that guy is about 5'8.They really need someone taller.

I really hope this is true!

If they are looking for another CYCLOPS that is very good news, it might not turn into a cluster [frick] spin off sh1tty BORIGINS HIGHSCHOOL MUSICAL 90210 that no one wants!!!!!

VAUGHN for sure wouldn't want a spin off from that crap LOL!
