The actor had this to say about his fitness:
"When I'm not working, I won't shave or cut my hair or exercise," Rudd told Men's Health in 2007. "I turn into Brian Wilson, the off years. I grow my fingernails out like that guy in the Guinness Book of World Records."
When asked about Ant-Man: "Well, it's all just kind of starting, so it's really cool," Rudd told Flicks and the City about the film. "I'm very excited about it… I read some comics and seen some [Marvel] movies and I knew [director] Edgar Wright for many years. The whole thing that it's actually happened, that I got the part is still kind of surreal. It's still sinking in over these last several months."
