WB to Introduce New Aquaman TV Series

The rumors of an Aquaman show are confirmed...now who will play the aquatic hero?

An Aquaman TV spin-off from the creators of Smallville was recently confirmed by TV Guide's Mike Ausiello.

Ausiello: Those rumors you heard about a possible Aquaman spin-off? All true.

Although it is undecided whether the role played by actor Alan Ritchson in a previous episode of Smallville titled "Aqua" will be recast. The show will premiere on the WB network once filming has been completed.
