More From Jeremy Renner On 'Hawkeye' In AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON; "I Don't Die"
Jeremy Renner reveals how early on he joined the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the work that goes into playing Clint Barton on the big screen and how it greatly differs to more serious projects ("We're not doing Shakespeare"), and the fate of Hawkeye and his role in future Marvel movies...
Jeremy Renner recently appeared in an episode of Larry King Now, and the follwing clip has been released of him discussing his role as Hawkeye in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It kicks off with some talk about how he landed the part, as well as what's in store for Clint Barton after Avengers: Age of Ultron ("No man, I don’t die. They are going to keep me around for a while."). Of course, thanks to the recent reveal that he may be turning up in Captain America 3, that's no great surprise! Oh, and before you go getting too hysterical about that "We're not doing Shakespeare" comment, pay close attention to what Renner then says about how a movie like The Avengers differs to more serious projects and why the role of Hawkeye still involves giving it his 100%.
