Avengers 4's reshoots have now been completed and while rumours swirl about when we'll get our first look at the sequel, Karen Gillan has taken to Instagram to share what appears to be a shot of Nebula in the movie. It's possible that this is an unused photo from Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 or Infinity War but it's hard to say given how little her appearance changes from movie to movie.
However, it certainly looks like the kind of photo which could have been taken for a photoshoot which may eventually be used in a rather sombre set of character posters for Avengers 4 highlighting the heroes who survived Thanos' snap. This could also be Gillan's way of bidding farewell to the villain turned anti-hero, especially if she uses the Infinity Gauntlet to repair the damage the Mad Titan did.
We'll have to wait and see but with a number of characters no doubt set to die in Avengers 4 and the fate of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 up in the air following James Gunn's firing, there's a very good chance that Gillan is unaware of when she'll be playing Nebula again. With any luck, things will start becoming clearer soon. Would you like to see Nebula join the ranks of Earth's Mightiest Heroes?
