It seems like ever since the Avengers trailer premiered at the end of Captain America: TFA many people have commented on the tension that will exist between the members of the Avengers. In fact Chris Hemsworth aka Thor himself commented some time ago about a possible confrontation between Iron-Man and the God of Thunder and just recently he talked about Thor and Cap going at it (don’t remember where I read it). The latest article by Graphic City aka Mark Julian mentions that the writers of CA:TFA have mentioned a tension between Iron-Man and Cap though this is no big surprise as they have always butted heads in the comics, most notably in Civil War.
What battle do you think would make the most entertaining to see on the big screen?
Thor v Iron-Man- Magic versus technology. Reference Thor Vol. 3 Issue 3 for what would happen.
Thor v Cap- Both are supreme melee fighters with the ability of ranged attack. Vibranium versus Uru.
Cap v Iron-Man- Always butting heads, old school versus new age.
Hulk v Thor- A classic battle between two of Marvel Universe’s most powerful characters.
Hulk v Cap- Pure strength versus tactical extraordinaire.
Hulk v Iron-Man- No tech versus super tech.
Personally I would look forward to either Thor v Cap or Thor v Hulk though the technology of Iron-Man versus the magic of Thor could be visually amazing.
