Ben Affleck Bulking Up To Play Batman (Pictures)

Ben Affleck Bulking Up To Play Batman (Pictures)

Still hate/ love the idea of that guy from pearl harbor playing the next Batman/ Bruce Wayne? Well these pictures probably won't change your mind one way or the other...

So with a couple of months past since the news of Ben Aflleck being the next batman nearly blowing up the internet, Ben Affleck seems to be working hard to getting into the dark knight's physique. Pictured out and about on the school run, looking rather bulked up and apparently working out 2-3 hours a day.... Not that it will help convince the thousands of fan's petitioning to get him removed, and the few crazies sending death threats.

Personally I don't feel the hatred he is receiving and am fairly confident he will own as Bruce Wayne and Batman. So do these photos go any way to change your stance on Batfleck? Thought not... Ah well things could be worse. Justin Beiber could be playing robin...

its not Affleck that I'm worried about, its the Snyder-Goyer team that should scare everyone. Nether is capable of moderation, subtly and originality.

this movie will be a disappointment

He has a few months, plus high calorie diet with protein sheiks and amino acids and steroid use under doctors supervision (probably Anavar to look more natural), he will be good.

And for the fools and trolls who don't understand this subject; shut your mouths. Actors were using steroids to bulk up for years. The fact that they won't admit that publicly is obvious.

Ask any pro or am bodybuilder or a doctor, and all they will confirm that for that short period of time you can't put that big amount of muscles, especially if you didn't hit the gym for years and don't have muscle memory and maturity.

I believe he'll play a convincing Bruce Wayne, but I have my doubts that he can play Batman. Only time will tell.

The guys going to be intimidating. His wife even said that he was bulking up for the role "2 hours a day" before the announcement at Comic-Con! It's amazing how the first time after I watched The Town back in 2011 I thought of this guy being Batman (in the rumored reboot at that time). Now, here we are in 2013 and my boy is getting pumped for the role!

Let's get it Ben!

An appropriatly big Affleck will still be Affleck, and I'm still not happy about the casting choice. But well, he has the role, so I can just hope he'll be able to surprise me! :)

Affleck will be without question the best Batman ever. He won't be a bitch like Bale's Batman, and he will play a better Bruce Wayne than Keaton.

After all the big buzz at first I'm actually fine with him playing Batman. I actually think he is going to do really good at it too.

And don't forget the key word here is 'buzz' that will ultimately translate to a huge box office. Regardless if you like it or you hate it this casting is going to bring in the bucks because of the buzz. The general public sheep that likey wouldn't have seen this film will go see it now as the buzz will pick up again before release. These pathetic sheep will go out & see it so they'll have an opinion of their own.
