Batman v Superman Dawn of Justice

Although there have been recent reports of a new set being built for the upcoming Batman v. Superman film, and the rumor (which was later said to be confirmed) that Superman (Henry Cavill) was spotted on the new set that has been constructed in the Orion Oaks County Park area, there has been an excruciating lack of news as to what scenes may take place there.

Now, the BatMobile has been spotted at the Orion Oaks County Park set.
Mlive.com's Scott Atkinson recently got a tip about a possible sighting of the Bat Mobile being on set, so he went to take a look and lo and behold, came upon the BatMobile and managed to take some pictures.
Take a Look.

With so much going on and the lack of information available to the public, it is a bit of a mistery as to what might take place in the scenes being filmed here and how they will fit into the whole story.

Speculation Time!
As previously speculated in another article by MarkyMarkRises, it could be the encounter between Clark Kent and Bruce Wayne from The Dark Knight. Which the film is reported to be taking a major inspiration from.  In that meeting, Clark tries to reason with Bruce about his recent escapades and how it's a matter of time before he needs to be "brought down".
The circumstances surrounding that meeting seem to contradict with how the movie is developing, as in the original story, Clark has aligned himself with the government. Since the ending of Man of Steel, Clark seemed to be at odds with the government as he is seen confronting a Millitary Official after he destroys a satelite that was being used by the government to keep tabs on him.
And after the big destruction caused by the fight between Superman and General Zod, it seems a bit out there to think that the government has decided to give Superman a pass.
Although, given how Lex Luthor is meant to antagonize Superman with all the bad publicity and tarnish his name, it could be that he is upset at the possible partnership of the government and Superman.

What do you guys think the scenes taking place here will be about? Could this be Bruce Wayne's hideout, or is it Clark's? How will the presence of both characters here play out? Leave your thoughts and share your theories in the comments section.

Also, make sure to head over to Scott Atkinson's original scoop and check out how it was he came upon and was able to take the pictures that revealed the Batmobile on the Orion Oaks County Park set.

I don't see this movie being so literal of the the Dark Knight Returns story and have superman taking down batman. I feel it's going to be closer to Kevin Smiths Superman Lives (if you ignore the casting, and L-RON, it's a decent script). We've seen BTS photos of Metropolis being anti alien/anti costumed hero/anti superman. I suspect Lex will be the driving the initiative with his own agenda. And I'm thinking that scene is about Bruce trying to reason with Clark to take a more political approach to stop whatever Lex is up to.

I feel that the only Dark Knight Returns elements in this film will be Batman fighting Superman with his suit... that's about it. In TDKR Superman was working for the Government and ordered to take Batman down, but the world is all anti-alien at the moment, plus Lex Luthor is in the mix and we still don't know if there's a common enemy. So basically like ALL CBMs it's just taking some aspect of that particular comic book.

"This is truly the only comic movie I am truly dying for at the moment. Avengers looks great, but I am just not that big of a fan of those characters."

Feel exactly, the same. AoU is probably gonna be huge and I'm definitely gonna see it. But BvS is hands down my most anticipate movie.
