BLACK PANTHER SPOILERS: A Rundown Of All Of The Biggest Reveals And Most Shocking Moments
The Ryan Coogler-helmed Marvel adventure took in an estimated $59.55M on Sunday, landing just behind Star Wars: The Force Awakens ($60.5M) to claim the second-best Sunday of all time at the domestic B.O. This brings its 3-day total to $202M.
We'll have to wait and see how the movie performs today, but analysts are predicting that it could easily take the record for the second-best 4-day opening of all-time with $241M-$243M, topping the Friday-Monday hauls of Avengers ($226.3M) Jurassic World ($234.1M), and Star Wars: The Last Jedi ($241.6M).
It won't trouble Star Wars: The Force Awakens' mighty $288M, however.
