"Captain America: The Winter Soldier" will pick-up where "Marvel’s The Avengers" left off, as Steve Rogers struggles to embrace his role in the modern world and teams up with Natasha Romanoff, aka Black Widow, to battle a powerful yet shadowy enemy in present-day Washington, D.C.

Is it really the costume from Captain America: The First Avenger? There's an additional red stripe at the end of the torso part (the original only had the straps, while the torso is completely white), and I don't recall it having a star on the back. Could it be...?



Also, I think that's Falcon on the background. Nice stuff.

It's not his First Avenger movie suit but it is very close. That suit had straps forming the red bands on his abs. This one shows them to be a built in part of the suit. Also the first movie suit had the white section the whole way around his body, like in the comics. This one shows that to only be in the front with a full blue back.

the costume i think is a mix of the TFA and Avengers costume. Mostly TFA though, the only avengers part of the costume i see is the stomach area with the stripes. The rest is all TFA, NICEEEEE.

Ah, never mind - that's not a star on the back, after all! Still, though, the red stripe is a new element, and the trousers also look more intricate. Seems more like a modernized version of the costume, to me, though I'm not 100%.

looks like the avenger costume mixed wit TFA costume...there was a rumor of him breaking into the smithsonian to get his TFA costume, but i guess they either modified it slightly or he gets a new costume altogether. I kinda like it tho. I hope he keeps the helmet with the ears exposed

IM3 got over a billion dollars and majority of critics and GA enjoyed it
It's just us comic fans that got upset about the mandarin and RDJ comedy and say the whole movie was crap

@Levi: Could say the same about Superman In Man of Steel.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier will be The First Avenger of Phase Two, best non Avengers movie. It will also join the ranks of Spider-Man 2, X2, The Dark Knight and Batman Returns as one of the greatest comicbook movie sequels ever. Count on it.
