Only hours away from Marvel Studios' big THOR & Captain America panels, at the San Diego Comic-Con, stars of the films have been wondering the halls of the convention being interviewed left from right.

Stars of the Captain America movie, Chris Evans, Hugo Weaving, and director Joe Johnston briefly talks with G4TV on their characters.



With Joe Johnston at it’s helm, Captain America: The First Avenger stars Chris Evans as the Captain, Hugo Weaving (Red Skull), Tommy Lee Jones (Gen. Chester Philips), Sebastian Stan (Bucky), Stanley Tucci (Abraham Erskine), Hayley Atwell (Peggy Carter), Toby Jones (Arnim Zola), Dominic Cooper (Howard Stark), Neal McDonough (Dum Dum Dugan), and Samuel L. Jackson (Nick Fury). Filming continues overseas in England, UK.

And Marvel’s adaptation of the historical figure charges into theaters July 22, 2011.

What the heck does Evans think he's doing? He should BUFF himself UP! Instead of coming to the comic-con he should've gone to the GYM for a few more hours...

If What he says is true and a teaser trailer will be shown by the end of this year then a Thor trailer will prob come up in the coming months

It really isn't news that footage will be shown by the end of the year. Thor will be before Cap. PLUS Iron Man 2 trailer came out December of 09.

InSpace@ I think they could do what they did in Benjamin Button.

But now that i think of it, between all that shooting etc. there might not be that much time for him to workout and watch out his nutrition.

But look at Jackman or Bale... It's not IMPOSSIBLE from what i see... :)

they wont film the bit when he changes from a skinny ...?(a lot of cgi) to a buff cap build till next year at least he has to hit gym a lot..between now an end of year..... but he dose look the part .and at comic con he was trying to hide his build a bit ..watch the vid ....

:( Come on, man. If he can do those Jensen highlights for the Losers, why can't he go full blonde for Cap?
But it's really not that big of a deal. It's not like his brown hair will ruin the movie or anything...or will it?

Maybe they're just filming the action scenes with his costume ( he did say the costume was surprisingly comfortable) which would include his helmet/mask where you wouldnt see his hair

they usually do the action scenes first in these kinda films


or it could be the USO scenes

lol has any one noticed that chris evans hasnt dyed his
hair blonde for steve rogers/captain america but he did
for not another teen movie to spoof freddie prince jr.? haha

he looks shorter next to hugo but chris has deff bulked up more for this!!

didnt want him as cap... hes a good actor but i just didnt see him as cap but hopefully he proves me wrong!!

All those people who say Hugo weaving has aged, maybe he has, but your not used to seeing him wihout makeup and as Landgrizzle mentioned he just came back from the UK.

Great find again DCMF! I was planning on staying up for the Captain America/Thor panel but it's still almost two hours away and it's already gone 2am here in the UK so this interview was a nice little preview before I get up and read all about the actual panel in the morning! :)
