CAPTAIN MARVEL TV Spot Features New Footage; Brie Larson Strikes A Pose In THR Photoshoot

The latest TV spot for for Captain Marvel is called "A New Captain" (a nod to Steve Rogers hanging up the shield in Avengers: Endgame, perhaps?), and it features a few snippets of new footage from the upcoming Marvel Studios release.

Most of the shots of Carol Danvers in action have carried over from previous teasers, but there is some new dialogue and an interaction with Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) that we haven't seen before.

In related news, it looks like the movie's final runtime will be 2 hours and 4 minutes, which is just slightly shorter than the previously reported 2 hours and 10 mins.

Check out the new spot below along with Brie Larson's fun photoshoot with THR. Captain Marvel flies into theaters on March 8.

And 2hrs 4 min is fine for the movie. I trust Marvel to go with the appropriate runtime for the film, whatever is necessary.
