A highly skilled Captain in the Air Froce. She is abducted by rogue members of the Kree Empire and expirimented on. The heavy doses of radiation in the expiriments give her powers. She is saved by two officers of the Kree, Commander Yon-Rogg and Captain Mar-Vell. It is revealed that the Kree and the Humans have been having discussions about forming an alliance. However, trouble within the Kree Empire threathens the peace talks.
2. Captain Mar-Vell - Ewen McGreggor (Star Wars: Episodes 1,2, & 3)
Captain in the Kree Empire. Loyal to the Supreme Intelligence. Believes the Earth to be a valuble ally. Dies at the end. It is only then Carol officaly takes on the Captain Marvel moniker.
3. Commander Yon-Rogg - Colin Firth (Kingsman: The Secret Service)
Commander in the Kree Empire. Loyal to the Prime Minister, Zarek.
4. Robert Hunter/Nitro - Ryan Hurst (Sons of Anarchy)
Human engineer that came into contact with the Kree, Yon Rogg (while scouting Earth). So amazed by meeting the alien, He begged Rogg to take him with him. Rogg did and he an Zarek then turned Hunter into the supervillian Nitro.
5. Abigail Brand - Katee Sackhoff (Battlestar Galactica)
Commander of S.W.O.R.D. Secretly a Inhuman.
6. Henry Gyrich - Robert Patrick (T2: Judgement Day)
Head of the secret organization S.W.O.R.D. Also, a bit of a dick.
7. Zarek - Kiefer Sutherland (24: Live Another Day)
The Prime Minister of the Kree Empire. Believes the Supreme Intelligence is no longer relevant and wishes conquer Earth.
8. Supreme Intelligence - James Earl Jones (Star Wars)
A sentiant A.I. that runs the entire Kree Empire.
9. Vance Astro/Major Victory - Sam Worthington (Wrath of the Titans)
Captain Danver's idol. Once a officer in the Air Force. He joined NASA's space program, Project: Starjump. Seemingly lost to space. If the rumors of Starhawk being Star Lord's father turn out true, he can reappear to help connect to Guardians of the Galaxy.
10. Monica Rambeau/Spectrum - Nicole Beharie (Sleepy Hollow)
SWORD agent. Acts as a friend for Carol.
11. Karla Sofen/Moonstone - Natalie Dormer (Game of Thrones)
I'm changing her character a bit. She is a Air Force aquantance of Carol's. She has always been extemely jealous of Carol's accomplishments. During an attack by Nitro on a SWORD facility, she comes accross a old SSR box with a lable containing the name Johann Fennhoff. Inside she finds the moonstone and it is absorbe into her. She allys herself with Nitro and he then takes her to Zarek. (something along those lines anyway....just more believable)
12. Marcus Richards/Kang the Conqueror - Michael C. Hall (Dexter)
This is a little twist I want to add. Marcus is a man seemingly in love with Carol. He is determined to be in her life dispite her efforts otherwise. He won't have much to do with the story, just a minor character....for now. I would like to have him end up actually being Kang the Conqueror.
13. Clay Quartermain - Jason Bateman (Bad Words)
For some reason they haven't used him in the movies or Agents of SHIELD. So why not make him a agent of SWORD....maybe even a former agent of SHIELD now working for SWORD?
