AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR Star Sebastian Stan Expresses Remorse On The 26th Anniversary Of December 16th, 1991
As December 16th, 2017 comes to an end, Avengers: Infinity War star Sebastian Stan has shared a hilarious reaction to the anniversary's of the Winter Soldier's heartbreaking mission 26 years ago...
"Longing, Rusted, Seventeen, Daybreak, Furnace, Nine, Benign, Homecoming, One, Freight Car. Soldier?"
26 years ago, on December 16, 1991, the Winter Soldier - under HYDRA programming - killed Tony Stark's parents, an unforgivable act that caused a whole lot of problems for Earth's Mightiest Heroes in last year's Marvel blockbuster, Captain America: Civil War.
Now, while Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) and Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) both know Bucky wasn't entirely at fault for what happened, their disagreement was ultimately left unresolved at the end of Civil War and with Avengers: Infinity War and Thanos' impending arrival just around the corner, that's probably not a good sign as the two sides will soon be forced to come together to fight for the greater good.
With December 16th coming to a close, Winter Soldier actor Sebastian Stan has shared a somber new photo of him on the set of Avengers 4, expressing his deep regret for what he did so many years ago while three of Tony's Iron Man armors stand illuminated in the background. Also, while Stan isn't in costume, the photo may inadvertently spoil a visit to Stark's Hall of Armors at some point during the Phase 3 finale.
