The plot of the movie is Two-Face is doing something evil with a friend and Batman & Robin have to stop him. I'm sorry that the plot's rather vague but that's the best i could come up with it's right in the title who the main villain is but the story is still pretty cool it does feel like it's set in that world and it has pretty solid pacing.
Returning as Batman for the last time is the late and great Adam West as well as Burt Ward , William Shatner , Julie Newmar and in rather strange twist of fate Lee Meriwether. This is a bitter sweet thing to say but Adam West killed it as Batman not only in the TV series and the previous animated movie but also in this movie he truly was the bright knight. As for the other cast members i thought that William Shatner gave the type of performance you'd expect from him and for this movie it worked i'm just not to sure if it worked for the character Burt Ward sounds like an old man trying to relive his youth in this movie and Julie IS catwoman.
Animation wise for me it was nothing special which was a shame because the previous film had great animation here it felt like it was animated in a few weeks which is a shame because i know that DC and Warner Bros Animation can do great animation in there direct to dvd films i'm not saying that the animation in this film is bad but it's not as good as other movies.
This one really isn't a knock against the film since comedy is subjective but i didn't find myself laughing as much in this film as opposed to the previous film and i don't know why it has the same cast and crew working on it except this time alot of the jokes either didn't work or were to cheesy even for this film.
Altho with what i just said about the jokes in this film being very true i have to admit i had a good laugh at hearing Lee Meriwether once again in this film and that's because alot of her scenes take place with Julie Newmar and let's just say that if your in the know then you'll find one of the scenes really freaking funny.
Since this is a superhero movie there's alot of action scenes and like the rest of this movie some of them were really creative while others just felt bland there's a good fight scene in a library which was well done and there's some good comedy in that scene but then there's the final fight which to me wasn't that good and felt bland.
Unlike the previous Batman '66 film which only used the shows popular villains here it's the lesser known villains that get alot of love and attention which honestly i thought was a nice touch not every batman movie has to feature The Joker so it was nice to see BookWorm , Egg Head and King Tut get alot of love.
Overall this is a fitting final movie for the one and only bright knight but it's not as good as Return Of The Caped Crusaders so for me this film gets a 7 out of 10.
