Captain Cold is set to make his return to the comics for the first time in DC's new Universe. Thanks to a scan from
Idle Hands we get to see that his costume will be much different than previous interpretations of the character. While the over all color scheme is still the same they have made some significant changes to his costume. The most notable one being they have ditched the heavy parka for a cut off vest. One other really big change that seems to be happening is the lack of Captain Cold's freeze gun. It now looks as if DC is leaning to a super powered version of the character.
