Some days ago, we saw a spoof, that featured Hawkman getting mocked at by other superheroes, for not having his own movie. Well it seems like reality, is telling us a different story.
According to BadassDigest, it seems like Warner Bros. is developing a Hawkman movie, with the project being out to writers now. The information comes from a website called It’s On The Grid.
Think it’s time for Carter Hall to get his own motion picture? I would rather see Barry Allen or Wally West first!
Hawkman first appeared in Flash Comics #1 (1940), and was a featured character in that title throughout the 1940s. This Hawkman was Carter Hall, a reincarnation of an ancient Egyptian prince, Khufu, who had in the modern day discovered that the mysterious "ninth metal" could negate the effects of gravity and allow him to fly. He donned a costume with large wings to allow him to control his flight and became the crimefighter, Hawkman.
