Edgar Ramirez Teases Possible Role In Marvel's DOCTOR STRANGE
With Kevin Feige promising a casting announcement very soon, Marvel are seemingly gearing up for a 2016 release date for Doctor Strange, and Edgar Ramirez (who recently starred in Scott Derrickson's Deliver Us From Evil), has now revealed that he's been talking about a possible role in the movie too...
In a recent interview with IGN, Edgar Ramirez was asked by the site whether or not his Deliver Us From Evil director Scott Derrickson has talked with him about a possible role in Doctor Strange. As it turns out, they've discussed just that, as the actor responded with a cryptic, "We're talking. We've been talking." That's not to say he will indeed end up landing a role in the Marvel Studios movie, but it's interesting to wonder which role he could be up for. The titular character seems possible (meaning that Ramirez would join a shortlist which currently includes Tom Hardy, Benedict Cumberbatch and Jared Leto), as does a villain like Baron Mordo. For now, we're just going to have to wait and see. What do you guys think? Be sure to sound off with your thoughts below!
