I found this video over at the Green Lantern Corps message boards, it's a 12 minute behind the scenes look at DC's newest animated movie 'Green Lantern: Emerald Knights'.

I'm not sure if this has been posted or not but it's new to me so if it's old just let me know and I'll take it down.
I'm fairly impressed with how this is looking so far, and it's looking like they used a lot of the character designs from 'First Flight', which I have no problems with, I thought 'First Flight' was a great movie and now I'll be looking forward to this new movie even more.

Kyle Rayner had been battling his sometime nemesis Grayven when he fell into a time-warp and wound up in the 30th Century, 30th Century Brainiac put Kyle in a time-machine, intending to send Kyle back to his regular time. However, Kyle wound up being transported 10 years further back, to a time when Hal Jordan, many years before he became Parallax, was battling Sinestro (set during Green Lantern vol. 2, #9). Kyle and Hal both wound up being transported back to Kyle's own time. The main thrust of the story deals with a much younger Hal having to come to grips with the new reality he's in; specifically, the fact that he's (at that time) one of the most reviled villains, and that his friend Ollie Queen is dead. The other heroes are also unnerved at seeing their comrade back in prime condition and without any of the taint of the villainy his future self did. Kyle, for his part, mixes feelings of awe - at being teamed with 'the greatest Green Lantern' - and self-pity, as he now feels that he's being pushed out of the limelight.

I hope it's good, I saw this feature yesterday on the All-Star Superman Blu Ray and the multiple stories screams Gotham Knights to me and Gotham Knights wasn't very good.

The last three DCU movies have been great (All-Star Superman, Apocalypse, and Under The Red Hood) and I hope Emerald Knights can continue the trend.

Cool, but Kilowog's voice isn't as appealing as i expected it to be.

The funny thing it´s that this year Krona may be the most featured. And this is a guy that haven´t appeared too much.

Looks like it'll be better than First Flight, because that movie really sucked, but agree Kilwog's voice was just...bad, like they didn't even try to make him sound more alien.

Very true about Kilowog's voice. They should have brought Michael Madsen back to reprise his role.

I just got done watching All Star Superman. It was pretty good. This one looks pretty good as well. But I want to know when DC is going to do some different characters like The Flash,Green Arrow,Aquaman,Martian Manhunter, and maybe a Hawkman/Hawkgirl movie would be nice. The DC animated movies are gold, but just like the live action movies, most are Batman & Superman.I wanna see some different ones besides those two.

Looks awesome! Hopefully this is just as good as the Batman movie tie-in when Dark Knight came out.
I dont know how i feel about Rollins for Killowag. Liked the first flight voice for him better.

Yeah Rollins voice is cool, he's a great actor, but the voice doesn't fit Kilowog that well. Still, I think it's something that I'm going to get over quickly... seems we only got a glimpse of the entire movie.
It's a first day buy for me, liked Green Lantern First Flight, Gotham Knight + pretty much everything that DC/WB animation dishes out. They had me at: Nathan Fillion as Hal Jordan.

Everybody puts down Gotham Knights. The thing with Gotham nights is it was Anime. The best action animation out right now. You don’t see the struggle that the US animation Co. go thought.
The US has VERY little skill in making a INEXPENSIVE good short, film or show. I said very little not no good. The best stuff in the US is out sourced, Like Gi-Joe and Transformers did back in the day. If you want good animation that’s not CGI or Disney go anime. Sorry that’s just how it is. Why do you think DC is going for that look in Superman Shazam.
