This week's Collectors Collections is a little different. Yet again, I have emailed several people this week with no response. If you have sent me an email wanting your collection featured and you are still interested, send me an email so that I know the email address is still valid. So this week we pull a collection that I have had in reserve that was used from one of my sites.

John Arturo - What was your first encounter with Star Wars?

ambasah – I was 5 years old when ANH came out and was lucky enough to have my parents take me to see it. I vividly recall the first time I saw a stormtrooper and of course darth vader.

John Arturo - How long has it taken you to create this entire collection?

ambasah – I started getting back into collecting about 10 years ago and everything I own was acquired in that time.

John Arturo - What is your favorite piece from your collection?

ambasah – It has to be my custom black speederbike/scout pf. A good friend spent countless hours creating it. A close second would be my vader bust from Sideshow.

John Arturo - If you could get one Star Wars collectible that you don’t have what would it be?

ambasah – The MR Falcon. I had a chance to pick it up for $800 a few years ago, but I was getting married at the time and finances were tight.

John Arturo - What is your favorite company that produces Star Wars collectibles?

ambasah – Right now I would have to say Sideshow, for the variety and quality of product.

John Arturo - What is your favorite Star Wars movie?

ambasah – ESB by far. I could watch the carbonite scene 1000 times and still want more.

John Arturo - Do you see yourself collecting Star Wars 20 years down the road?

ambasah – absolutely. My wife and I are expecting twins soon (she already said no to my suggestion for naming them luke and leia ), but I hope to share my passion and hobby with them when they get older.

John Arturo - What does your significant other think of the collection?

ambasah – I am a very lucky man. She thinks I am a bit nuts, but knew all about my collection and still married me lol. She even picks me up star wars gifts here and there…my darth vader slippers are one example : )

John Arturo - Imperial or Rebel

ambasah – Rebel for me. Although others disagree, I think star wars is all about Luke and his transformation from a wild-eyed teenager into a powerful jedi knight who managed to stay true to who he was.

If you want to know more about collecting statues/high end items, or just want to see what kind of interesting collectibles are out there, visit my statue devoted site Lethal Farce.

If you have a collection (don't worry about the size, it could be 4-5 items and that is still a collection right?) and want me to showcase it on the site, then shoot me an email by clicking the "Contact Me" link here. I will shoot you a few questions to answer to go along with the images and once a week we will showcase a users collection on here.

I pretty much sold all my entire Star Wars collection on ebay after the final crap prequel movie. Only things I kept are the Masterreplica's lightsabers and the original novelizations of the original Trilogy movies.

Very nice collection, everything Stormtrooper and Scouttrooper still looks cool. Everything Prequel Trilogy except Darth Maul still looks pants!

This is the best collection we've had so far I reckon, in terms of display and quality. I'd like to have seen more properties than SW in there, but that's what he collects and that fine as i'm a fan! Great stuff... and in only 10 years!

Not really weird. I don't own any comics anymore (having 17 long boxes and 6 short boxes at one time). I have long sold them all to support my "collectibles habit". Now all my comic buying is done via ComiXology.

Selling your comics? Blasphemy.

But really, this is a sweet Star Wars collection. Some epic fighting is to be had with those lightsabers.
