He didn't have much to do beyond play the creepy stalker. The scene where he was yelling at Fitz and Coulson was pretty weak. Interesting villain, I doubt that he is dead.

Solid episode but that guy who played Blackout couldn't act worth shit. I cringed at everything he said. Week villain.

I sense a Thunderbolts esque supervillain team forming: Graviton, Blizzard, Blackout... and hopefully Cyclone or Radioactive Man

I thought he was interesting, but they should of showed off more of what he can do. He hit everybody with the same attack. Except that guy who's truck he stole.

Boring villain. Very effective space filler, though.

I liked the concept of Coulson meeting the cellist by saving her from something. But Blackout was handled poorly. Bad acting, easily defeated, saturday-morning CGI. This was an episode on the level with the first half of the season.

At least there was another character from the comics...

If you had told me that Deathloks origin would be played out while also featuring Graviton, Blizzard and Blackout (as well as a Kree body (probably) and the probability that Skye will also be a comic book character (Abigail Brand is my guess) all in the first season... I would have been ok with that!

I never thought I'd say it, but the show is actually becoming watchable.

His acting was cringe worthy, the episode was pretty good overall though.

Was it me or did he come across as a low budget version of Sony's Electro?! But yeah, since the show has started dealing with the consequences of Cap 2 it has become more interesting.

Oh, and believe it or not I think May's Tiger-Mom stole the show.
That lady was awesome. More of her, please.

I'll admit that the show is getting better, and it's definitely riding high on the tide of Cap 2. The end of SHIELD may have actually been the beginning for Agents of SHIELD.

Excellent. Like all villains on this show, they're going to build up to it slowly.
As for Graviton, Quinn now has the gravitonium. He and Franklin Hall were fellow students and coworkers in the show, and in the comics Franklin Hall's best friend is Zzzax. I think they have a really good opportunity to make Quinn into Zzzax in the same story that brings back Hall.
They could even somehow involve the energy-eating Chitauri bacteria.

Yes! Although I think Sony has the live action rights to Cloak.

Didn't have much to do. Episode wasn't really about him. It was entertaining but not noteworthy.

I recall at SDCC a few years back marvel had plans for a TV show based on Hulk, Cloak and Dagger, Mockingbird, A.K.A. Jessica Jones.

I wonder if Skye may end up being Mockingbird. I recall at SDCC 2011 they mentioned making Mockingbird as a regular teen who was also an Agent of Shield attending high school in Silicon Valley.

@Humperdink agreed! May is already BOSS, so meeting the Mom was dope too. And she knows Hill. Dope stuff!

Entertaining filler, that's all. A good no-name villain used as a set piece to wrap up the Cellist storyline. Actor wasn't good, but the effects were nice, and the mythology of the character could be interesting. Also, his line, "they were trying to make me stronger, and the did", makes me wonder what Hydra, or maybe SHIELD, was doing to him in the Fridge.

@Jamesonite I hope NOT. Skye is a terrible actress and Mockingbird is a beast do no. I would love to see Amanda Seyfried play Mockingbird and her actually be apart of the MCU.

Overall he was okay, and far as the episode go, it was just okay as well(at least the blackout parts). What saved the episode for me was the skye/ward scenes.
