$60!? I buy Lego a lot and this sounds like a stupid expensive set. Luckily I'm not a fan of TMNT.

@levitikuz seriously dude, back 10 to 15 years ago and when Star Wars Lego first came out they were so simplistic. Now a days they are so intricate, and I wish I had them as a kid. Do you know how many mini figures are being released now that I wish I had back then? Lol.

Adding on to the price of Lego, it used to be around 10 cents a piece, clearly that has chances because you'll see sets for $120 to $150 for less than 1,000 pieces, which is absurd.

Oh memories if spending all of my paper route money on new Lego sets. Ah good times.

holy crap @leviticutz, i love how your back in the day is the early 2000s. i remember when i was a kid i hand painted a bunch of legos as starwars characters cuz that was the only way to get characters other than a lego knight or pirate. you were lucky man

You make it sound like your old, in "my day" there were no big name themed Legos. We only had diff colors and shapes, with the occasional castle or car. Or we had Lincoln logs which you probably have never even heard of haha

I was just thinking the same thing. I had the different colored bricks and eventually they released the knights and some space stuff, but I never had Star Wars or anything like that. Now, my son has some Avengers Legos and I "help" him with building...

I loved Pirate, Police and Knight legos. Had lots of them as kid.

The pirate ship, Police station and huge castle. My Pirate Captain had wooden leg, eye patch, parrot and red beard. I added him a hook which came from one of his crew members. That was one [frick]ed up fellow My friend had the soldiers and harbor and we always setup big fights. Damn those were great days. :)

You only get 2 turtles? Seriously. That's just so you have to buy another set to get the other two.

Well...In MY day (And I'm in my 20s) I grew up on Ninja Turtles. It was my favorite show.

This so called set would go for $10 to $20 bucks and would've definitely come with all four turtles.

This is High Way ROBBERY!

It is LEGO

I was expecting this to be 24 but considering the box size it is lego's normal $60 for a big box set.
