Jollem i enjoy it a lot although after ow It Should Have Ended pointed out how crazy the magic death curing blood was i like it a little less but still awesome. Would have preferred they keep going with the twist that kirk dies into the third but hey

I thought the movie was a gag reel. Everyone takes a step back so we can rehash the spock and kirk relationship that we had in the first film.

Orci, Kurtzman, Lindelof and Abrams took 4 years to write this piece of shit.

Im worried about Orci too Groot but im hopeful the 3rd will be ggood enough to warrant buying a whole collection on blu-ray for once. Still annoyed i only have 2 or the 3 batman movies but i refuse to buy tdkr out of principle .

Trolls are funny when they call out other trolls. It's like someone with down syndrome calling out someone else with a little more down syndrome.

You can already buy a double-pack blu-ray of both films for £10.
Repackaging adding IMAX, 'unreleased footage' in a new box (wtf wasn't it on the any of the other 4-5 times they've wheeled these films out repackaged?) - It's 'milking it' of the highest order. Lame.

@bls91183 maybe for people in the ADD generation. I'm not even a big Star Trek guy, but it's easy to recognize crap.

@Reasonnnn I was going to say that.

@Pending of course you can skip the second one. It did nothing to progress the story.

I didn't like the movie, but I did enjoy elements of it. I just hope next time they can tell an original story not just rehash scenes from better Star Trek films

Huh?! The original Spock became more and more HUMAN as he got older. Go back and watch the original films. In VI he suggested Kirk tell Starfleet to "Go to Hell".

By the way did Nicolas Meyer and Harve Bennett get screen credit for "Into Darkness" because they should have.
