The Michael Bay-produced Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles has been filming all over the New York City area. A week ago in Chinatown they shot scenes of people running for their lives from a subway station. Today, a video has surfaced from that scene and it includes April O'Neil (Megan Fox) slowly creeping into the frame. One might speculate that the people were frightened of a large-assed turtle walking and talking, but that is just a logical guess. As for today, Raphael (Alan Ritchson) blended in with New Yorkers by walking around Times Square as though he was man in a Turtle suit. He even posed for a photo with a curious little boy.

NINJA TURTLES will be directed by Jonathan Liebesman ("Wrath of the Titans"), and produced by Michael Bay ("The Rock"). The script was written by Josh Appelbaum and André Nemec, based on characters created by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird. The cast includes: Megan Fox as April O'Neil, Alan Ritchson as Raphael, Noel Fisher as Michelangelo, Danny Woodburn as Splinter, Jeremy Howard as Donatello, Pete Ploszek as Leonardo, and Will Arnett as April's cameraman. It lands in theaters June 6th, 2014.

I would be careless if the trailers of this movie are very badass, because the same thing happened with the Transformers movies. Although I would be surprised and VERY upset if the trailers again trick the film for the 1000th time.

I am actually kind of excited for this movie. Don't know if it will be good, but I am ready for Turtle mania to take over.

I am guessing they are going to have different people put on the turtle mo-cap suits that actually know how to perform ninja martial art moves unless these guys went through training. I'm looking forward to seeing some choreographed fight scenes. As much as I love the Turtles & been looking forward to a live action reboot, I am still on the fence about this. Could be good fun or it could be a hot mess. We'll see.
By the way why is Raph talking to april out in broad day light in an open public space? That's not very Ninja like. Will he be in a CGI costume covering up his apparent shell? Or supposably wearing a 'human' mask to cover up his turtle identity? Or are they going to start signing autographs for the kids? Just wondering...

Im guessing they are goin to use a filter on the cameras to make it look like its not and edited everyone out in the background in post production, cause them having a nice chat around all those people in the daylight you noticed is an eyebrow raiser lol

@BobbyDrake85 Yeah I suppose they can edit out all of the background & CGI in a dark back alley way, but then I question why not film in a back alley way in the first place. An eyebrow raiser for sure. It's photos/news like this that make me unsure where they are going with this. We can only hope for a decent flick.

So, are those antenna dots above his head supposed to be the eyeline?

I thought the Turtles were supposed to be short. What the heck.

It's obvious that he's out in daylight because it's some sort of costume convention. You guys should really put those brain cells to use, instead of drowning them in stupidiy.

I Would rather have the pornstar April O'neil to play as April O'neil. She's hotter and already has a picture of herself in cosplay, and fits the picture 100 times better

OMG does everyone have to nitpick?!?!!? Some of these complaints aren't even legit. (Not saying the movie can be terrible)
