JOE AND CISCO TRAVEL TO STARLING CITY FOR ANSWERS ABOUT DR. WELLS — Joe(Jesse L. Martin) and Cisco (Carlos Valdes) head to Starling City to continue their investigation ofDr. Wells (Tom Cavanagh). While in town, the duo enlists the help of Captain Lance (Paul Blackthorne), and Cisco meets the Black Canary (Katie Cassidy), who asks him for afavor. Meanwhile, back in Central City, Barry (Grant Gustin) races to catch a meta-human named Hannibal Bates (guest star Martin Novotny) who can transform himself into every person hetouches – which includes Eddie (Rick Cosnett), Iris (Candice Patton), Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker)and even The Flash. Wendey Stanzler directed the episode written by Ray Utarnachitt & Cortney Norris.

I kinda just thought he knew your daughter as you know was the black canary and she was dating olliver queen n when she was black canary she was w/ the arrow soo..... what does that mean?

@ Retrofit - they did...when she suited up the first few times she had the devices but I'd imagine she realises she needs more training before she'd be better with the devices (you know when to use when not to use) or something like that...and it makes sense to streamline the tech...

I'd be cool if somewhere down the line she gets a throat injury that fuses the choker to her vocal cord or theres another wave of x-matter and cause of the choker she becomes a meta with her canary cry...

Seems like it's going down exactly as I'd expected. She gives Cisco a sonic grenade her sister used and he develops it into a more usable weapon for her to assist with the fact that she kinda sucks at hand to hand.

I am not gonna lie, I like team Arrow better then they visit The Flash!

Super excited about Laurel's new weapon. I hope they go a little more grand with it then when Sara used it and it broke glass. BUT I guess if she was using enough force, she'd end up leaving a wake of deaf people.
