Really, at this point, Warner Bros. Discovery's top brass has to be considering severing all ties with Ezra Miller and possibly even cutting their losses on The Flash.
Rolling Stone is reporting that authorities are attempting to locate a 25-year-old mother and her three young children who are believed to have been living at Miller’s Vermont farm. Apparently, officials are concerned that the actor is currently "shielding their whereabouts."
This comes just a few days after the actor was officially charged with felony burglary in Stamford, Vermont,
Recently, a report that Miller may have been "grooming" the children to be part of some kind of cult did the rounds. True or not, it certainly sounds as if police are growing increasingly worried about the situation.
"Vermont State Police repeatedly attempted to serve the mother an emergency care order that demanded the children’s removal from her care and the home over fear of their safety," reads Rolling Stone's report. "But Miller claimed the family hasn’t lived there in months, which the Vermont State Attorney’s office said seemed like an attempt to 'evade service' of the order."
Alarm bells were raised after locals became concerned for the children's safety when unattended guns were spotted lying around. The kids' mother claimed that Miller helped her escape from an abusive partner and the "ranch has been a healing haven for us.”
The endless barrage of allegations against Miller hasn't seemed to convince WBD to release an official statement on the matter, and while the studio is still said to be mulling over how to proceed, frustration is growing for them to take some kind of action. All David Zaslav would offer is that he's seen The Flash, loved it, and is committed to releasing it in theaters next year.
THR recently reported that Miller took part in reshoots over the summer while evading police, which hasn't helped matters.
