I saw King Laufey/Colm Feore a few months back while out to dinner with my wife. He was dining with one the most beautiful women I'd ever seen in my life (even my wife was like, "wow, she's hot"). I'm certain she was an actress but I don't know who.

Anyway, it's good to be the king.

The guy that's playing Hogan usually wears a mustache and facial hair in his other movies and he looks dead on Hogan from the comics. Why would they make him shave his face clean? The other two have their facial hair from the comic. Weird.

Laufey? Aw man, I thought Colm Feore was portraying Ymir. Oh well, not gonna let that ruin the film for me.

@NeoBaggins I was wondering that myself. Hogun just isn't quite the same without that awesome mustache. I don't really care too much, but it just seems weird since the other two have their facial hair like you said.

Yeah! Looking badass! Yes, wish Hogun had the mustache, but hell, good enough for me. Plus Tadanobu Asano plays him and he was Kakihara in "Ichi The Killer", sweet.

I still really miss the beard on Hogun. Hell, scratch that, I miss the beard on Tadanobu Asano. He can rock a beard like few others can.

I don't like Volstagg. Hogun is OK and Fandral is perfect.

I still don't like the frost giants. They are big in comparison to human, but to rest of the world they are small.

Does that frost giant make anyone else think of Grand Admiral Thrawn?

Ahahahaha DC Fan Boys are trolling. You guys are silly. Deep down inside your just jealous. Its ok. ONE day you will get a real super hero movie other than Batman.

@Ven0m I may be a DC fanboy, but I'm a pretty big marvel fan as well, I've recently read some of JMS's run on THOR and it was fantastic, but the frost giants WERE a lot bigger in the comic than in this movie.

Ven0m - 4/3/2011, 1:47 PM
Oh I know how much bigger I own Thor comics. As a Marvel Fan and Thor fan I too am pissed off that they didnt do the Frost Giants right. That was one of my main complaints once I first saw what they looked like. Figured they would be CGI but they chose to go a different route. I will wait and see and hope it turns out for the better.

This is how big a Frost Giant should be in comparison to Thor
