GOTHAM: See 'The Penguin' & 'The Riddler' Meet For The First Time
We knew the Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor) and the man who will eventually become the Riddler (Cory Michael Smith) would be sharing a scene together at some point on Fox's Gotham, and that happens in tonight's episode! Click on for a look at another new clip from "The Scarecrow".
