With news that 'Thor The Dark World' will have an impact on the events of Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D. in the coming weeks, many speculated that the show would have a similar relationship with the events of Captain America:The Winter Soldier

HUGE grain of salt but according to ComicBook.com, there will indeed be some form of foreshadowing of what will play out in The First Avengers' next adventure.
"Sources" say that
"...Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will wrap its first broadcast year just after the release of Captain America: The Winter Soldier to theaters. A source close to the production that Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will, indeed, be interconnected with the upcoming second Captain America film. According to our source, events taking place in the show will “tease and set up the S.H.I.E.L.D. of Captain America: The Winter Soldier.”
So it appears that we will likely start to get even
more hints that SHIELD is not what they seem, and is shifting into a corrupt organization (if they aren't one already).
