I actually enjoyed these scenes in AOS, so I am really pumped for Peggy Carter.

@ Pasto

You are such a pot stirrer!
DrKinsolving - 9/25/2014, 8:42 AM
First episode rocked, can't wait to see were they take the characters next.... and I'll definitely be watching the Agent Carter show
FilmDork1221 - 9/25/2014, 8:43 AM
Great to see Hydra in World War II again... I'm most excited to see more of the inner workings of Hydra this season
JoeMomma29 - 9/25/2014, 8:45 AM
The first episode was pretty good, there was the usual campy scenes but I can personally overlook that. Absorbing man was done quite well, though I hope future baddies and good guys will embrace some costumes.

On side note I hope last season will will not effect this seasons viewership, and it is gamble to role in Peggy Carter during the hiatus period.

Also Skye is still a terrible actress, hell she belongs in Arrow if you ask me........
SteveBosell - 9/25/2014, 8:52 AM
Such a bland show.
JoJo1982 - 9/25/2014, 8:57 AM
Since we're getting a 1940s tv series (Peggy Carter).
I hope they bring in some old school superheroes like All winners squad and some invader's characters
sKeemAn - 9/25/2014, 8:57 AM
Great beginning to this episode. I really enjoyed that scene. I think Agent Carter will better than AOS.
Nomadic1 - 9/25/2014, 8:58 AM
@Pasto Wow, DCGuy is a racist POS
HxCorbett - 9/25/2014, 9:02 AM
that Hydra soldier outfit looks like a cheap Halloween costume
JoJo1982 - 9/25/2014, 9:02 AM
Great opportunity to see miss America, black marvel, the destroyer, Vision, whizzer, Hammond human torch, the Patriot, and the thunderer would be perfect heroes to bring to the Agent Carter show
Bekss - 9/25/2014, 9:03 AM
A great scene with an easter egg that makes me believe Agent Cárter will have something to do with the blue alien
JoeMomma29 - 9/25/2014, 9:04 AM
@ Nomadic1

Well I think DCGuy was just trying to mess with Pasto and he took it way to far, the problem with text is sarcasm cannot come across clearly.

Though he comment was pretty bad even if you try to spin with that was pure stupidity on his part. Actually it ranks up there with Trudy the Troll, that dude was so racists and homophobic it was off the charts.

It was a great episode. And as I pointed out yesterday, it had higher ratings than 7 of season 1's last 9 episodes. And was rated higher than the last 3.

People were not pleased with the show a year ago and it's ratings fell. It seems to have bottomed out midseason last year. The show improved. The characters are awesome. People have been coming back and it's trending up.
As the season goes on we'll see tie ins to Avengers and some major guest stars. Ratings will continue to rise.
SecNotSure - 9/25/2014, 9:14 AM
Great episode. It was nice seeing the Howling Commandos again. But this thread needs more Absorbing Man

NeoBaggins - 9/25/2014, 9:30 AM
Absorbing Man is on the show?
AsgardianHobo - 9/25/2014, 9:55 AM

Ya, and he was awesome!

DCGuy was a complete asshat and a troll. His true self was revealed. Good riddence
BlackBolt72 - 9/25/2014, 10:24 AM
It is a tv show not movie speed and quality but that's tv otherwise great show I'm hooked for this season. On this guy who got banned hopefully forever those were horrid things to say. People are taking this too serious we are here to share thoughts on our pastime enjoying cbms hating Disney or DC or craping on the had work of the makers of this entertainment is so absurd. Be a fan but appreciate the hard work the filmmakers put into these projects so we get more. Its ok to disagree but be civil and don't take it personally. Enjoy
GrilledPopcorn - 9/25/2014, 10:50 AM
I'm getting an Indiana Jones Lost Ark vibe.

And I love you to, you magnificent oaf.
druzod2501 - 9/25/2014, 1:18 PM
Stop giving me Marvel boners when I'm trying to be pumped on DC this week!!! :(
mmadadamm - 9/25/2014, 1:28 PM
god Marvel is so cheesy, they clearly show Hydra soldiers walking around with weapons in their hands yet when 4 howling commandos bust the door down walking in the wide open with no real strategy they all put their hands up..I get it based on a comic book but goddamn, they make this universe look so made up..
staypuffed - 9/25/2014, 5:32 PM
The clip wasn't great until Hayley and the Commandos showed up. It was cheesy and poorly directed, and then bam! I gave up on Agents of SHIELD but I am looking forward to Agent Carter.
