AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D.: An Unstable Graviton Claims To Be A Hero Like The AVENGERS In A Tense New Clip

Marvel has released a tense new clip from tomorrow's episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., and it sees Glenn Talbot, as the unstable Graviton, reunite with his family and claim to be a hero like the Avengers.

Following the ending of last week’s episode, which saw Adrian Pasdar’s Glenn Talbot complete his transformation into Graviton and name himself Earth’s protector, the latest clip from tomorrow's episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. sees Talbot ready to do just that.

However, as the clip reveals, Talbot makes a stop at his home to see his family. And during his tense moment with his family, Graviton tells his son that he is a superhero just like the Avengers.

Of course, as a result of his mental instability, Talbot quickly turns violent when his wife mentions S.H.I.E.L.D. and expresses concern over his current state.

Finally, the clip follows in the footsteps of the past episode and continues to reference the events of Avengers: Infinity War, most notably with a news report on the battle that took place in New York.

Adrian Pasdar and Graviton. Suddenly, I remember the Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes cartoon :(

@RedSheep -

What a great first episode that was. The Avengers vs Graviton was so awesome to watch. If they didn't gut the show during the second half of it's second season all to make way for that ugly Avengers Assemble cartoon. Avengers: EMH could have been one of the all time great super hero cartoons.

@RedSheep - The second greatest superhero cartoon show ever right behind X-men...

@pesmerga44 - Disney axing this and Spectacular Spider-Man was a huge mistake! These were by far their best shows to date!!!

@iDontWikeIt - Ya Thor was great but one of my favorites parts of the show was Hulk and how damn snarky he could be. Him and Hawkeye had a great friendship and were easily two of the best characters in the show.

Good preview, he continues to grow more unstable with the mind of 3 people inside of it along with the volatile nature of the gravitonium in him.

I wished he was the focus of this poster though, considering the idea of Graviton has been long in the making.

I always liked Pasdar a lot more than I liked Talbot.

But... I like Graviton a hell of a lot so far.

@Spock0Clock - Have you ever watched Profit? His first TV role. The show got cancelled almost immediately because it was deemed too morally hardcore at the time (think American Psycho meets Suits or Dexter), but that show paved the way for a lot of things we enjoy now and that seem standard. Fascinating, really.

@Asturgis - I'd never heard of it, but skimming the wiki is like stepping back in time.

"The Bible Belt objects to an amoral businessman on television"... oh man, I miss 1996...

How funny would it be if Talbot turns to ash right when he is about to beat the team.

Dude, Talbot is amazing. It's kinda sad because he really wants to be a hero for his son.

I have never sympathized with more and yet never been more scared of Talbot than I have this season.
