The second episode of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law arrives on Disney+ tomorrow, and we now have a new clip from the Disney+ series. In it, Jennifer Walters has just started her job as a lawyer specialising in superhuman law, but she's not the one her new employers want...that would be She-Hulk!

It looks like Jen's identity crisis as she attempts to figure out how to balance her human and Hulk sides will be front and centre in this show. That's a smart move on Marvel Studios' part as it's not something they were ever really able to explore with Bruce Banner.

While we know the likes of Wong, The Abomination, and Daredevil will appear in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, there's an expectation among fans that the series will feature even bigger cameos. To that, Head Writer Jessica Gao recently told Life Hacker, "Do not set yourself up with big expectations to be disappointed."

In a separate conversation with TV Line, the writer reflected on learning relatively soon that, regardless of which characters they wanted to use, Spider-Man was off limits.

"We knew innately that Spider-Man was a no-go. We thought maybe some of the other characters in Spider-Man might be fun to bring into our world, but we were told pretty early on that that was impossible, so we didn’t really go too far down the road," Gao explains. "We just had a couple of Spider-Man supernerds in our room who dare to dream!"

So, while Jen won't be representing the web-slinger in court, it's good to know that the team working on the series shot for the stars. Hopefully, that means we're getting at least one or two surprises over the coming weeks.

Lol, a meetingroom of lawyers laughing "money, money, money". That's like some Ryan George comedy right there.

@DoubleD - ...is baggage claim sensitive for a guy too? Kind of a weird claim to make that this is a gendered thing to complain about it when I just pointed out a woman who hates it too. And for all the reasons I do too.

Maybe actually admit this isn't about sexism and address the criticisms maybe?

@DoubleD -
On par with The Kate Bishop series as the second lowest viewed Disney+ show, you don't get that simply from males hating it, it lost a majority of its female audience also.

@Scarilian - reality is beyond this guy. Dude flat out refused to believe Andrew Garfield and Tobey maguire were in no way home despite all the bts footage of them in it.

Now he's mindlessly defending a show where the most important scene (according to the writer) is that bathroom scene.

@Origame - They should have gone with the public defender angle like she knows all about strength from weakness, rather than strength from female. Strength from female is like saying female is weakness. Female is not weakness, but to sit there and pointed out is to say that male is weakness. And that’s what they want so that’s why they did it. It’s that simple folks, I’m not worried about whether y’all like it or not, enjoy it. I enjoyed it! I did not enjoy that portion of it though. I know that that is oversimplifying the character and just virtue signaling, From a gigantic conglomerate or whatever Disney’s it’s not a conglomerate right? Well if you look at each park separately, And each franchise, and each venue whether streaming or theater…

@TheWalkingCuban - exactly. We don't even notice anymore but this kind of sh!t is literally just the rich 1% telling us how to live our lives. And in the most patronizing way too.

@Origame - We hate the one percent so much that the IRS is about to start auditing everyone. Wait a minute, rich people already get audited all the time! They’re used to it. That probably means they’re going to audit us. I’m telling you every time my taxes go up I congratulate myself for owning an island, heck I own a small country. I am ultra rich and I know how to make eggs and Ramen noodles last. You cook them together. And stop wasting the shells, you wonder why you’re so poor.

Another thing that this episode did I sort of alluded to but I will hone in on it, it really made light of the Hulk’s 10 years of trauma. And it made him feel guilty about it. No gaslighting here folks! Where was she? Busy fending off the Weinsteins in life. From Jessica Jones perspective, good argument. But they are throwing out what makes Bruce and Jennifer both great characters. I will reiterate, they should have hammered down the lawyer angle. Like, hello, the comics do, and like the title implies. The dude is an Avenger for crying out loud, along with Nat and Wanda (the latter lived long enough to see herself become a badguy unfortunately, but I loved it, and can’t wait to see Hulk live that long!)

what's with the circa 2005 dvdrip level of interlacing in the twitter clip?

the fact that she sees herself as a token minority hire is kind of funny though.

I love in the first episode how she has had it harder in life than Banner.

Give it a rest

He attempted suicide
U.S Government chasing him all over the place
Betty Ross nearly died
Final battle in Avengers I'm always angry
Left earth because of Natasha in Age Of Ultron
Lost the woman he loved in Avengers:Endgame

Jennifer has it so hard.

This fourth wall breaking kinda reminds me of the mockumentary style used in the Office and such, which is a style I think could also have worked for this show.
