I just got the "honor" of watching the video game to movie, Tekken, wow! I do not exaggerate when I say I was Astonished!

Tekken : l’adaptation sur grand écran

To start off, me having played the series, the movie is faithful to the game, not to mention the costumes are spot on, and are what I am wanting to see in the future of movies based upon games, as well as comics.

Next, yes the movie has extraordinary fight scenes, and the acting was not all that bad either. Many things were missing, I was glad to see most of the main charaters, as well as some new faces.
It is good, for a popcorn movie, or a late night SYFY flick, If you are a hardcore fan, do NOT watch this film, if you enjoy decent acting, over the top fight scenes, and pointless explosions,
(Street fighter: Legend of Chun-Li) watch this film!
All in all, I was o.k., not anything special, personally I'd wait till it goes to the dollar theater, but hey that's just me, I give it a rating of a solid 2.0 out of 5 for being faithful, but not being what fans would want.
Here's the trailer, for further reference.

Hey guys, I have been coming to ComicBookMovie.com since Ben Affleck's Daredevil was released, and well, I'm a morbidly hormonal avid comic book reading insomniac with a mirthful obsession over Redheads, especially those whom can quote any of the original 3 Star Wars films. I have an Uncanny respect for anything and everything Graphic Novel and Cinema related. My Xbox GT is ExuberantMonkey. Gambit is obviously my favorite SuperHero, and The X-Men are my favorite team affiliation. I have a youtube account, it's comicbookprodigy995. And did I mention I have a rambunctious, psychotic love for redheads. Especially if they can, at the drop of a dime, recite who Spider-Man's secret identity is, and perhaps if they were to be of Canadian pedigree, it wouldn't hurt...
Some know me as a Ragin' Cajun Gambit. Others, an Indestructible War Machine. Then there are those who have had the obliged acquaintance of encountering my Incredible biceps and are convinced I'm a Hulk making them inevitably and fatally mesmerized. But you can just call me The Amazing Frivolous Fanboy or your long awaited Master if you're a broad.
And I am definitely a proud member of CBM!

Live long and prosper! May the Force be with you! Excelsior! Wyld Stallions! And while we are at it, Snoochie Boochies!!!!!!!

ok let me lay some knowledge on whoever it was that said this was based on tekken 3. for one there were characters in the movie that werent even there till tekken 4 and 5. how could steve fox have giving jin his power gloves when he wasnt even around till the 4th game hell christy wasnt either. and in which games storyline was bryan the champion it would be hard to justify that if this is based off tekken 3. they made haihachi "if i spelled that wrong im sorry" out to be a carring individual "he wasnt by the way" oh and were was king and paul pheonix not having them in the movie was in my opinion an insult
