With the release of Marvel's Ant-Man and the Wasp next month, all of the founding Avengers from the comics will have officially made their debuts in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which is something Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige is very excited about.

The latest featurette, which introduces movie audiences to the fan-favorite Wasp (Evangeline Lilly), showcases never-before-seen footage and also has Feige teasing fans with a pretty major reveal. "Ant-Man and the Wasp also connects directly to Avengers 4. These characters are going to be very important going forward." Considering the Quantum Realm is expected to play a big role in Ant-Man and the Wasp, it's not out of the realm of possibility that it will also have a big part to play in the upcoming Avengers sequel.

Watch the new "Who Is The Wasp" featurette below:

Plus, here's a new TV spot that teases ominous things to come:

Marvel News! I think those of us hoping for no time travel are kidding ourselves. If not time travel then something strangely like it (if that's possible). Obviously the quantum realm is key here.

When Marvel gets the rights back for Fatastic Four I really hope Peyton Reed is at the top of the list for director. His treatment for FF sounded like he actually understood the characters.

"I wanted the poster for the movie to be the cover for the first issue, where basically you do a live-action version of a giant monster ripping through Fifth Avenue and Fantastic Four kicking its ass. For budget reasons, it went to something else, but it’s still a giant opening scene. It’s ‘A Hard Days Night.’ It’s everybody going to watch the Beatles.”

That's sounds amazing and he's done a great job with the Ant-Man films so I hope either Garth Edwards or him get the gig.

Technically, Wasp was in Ant-Man so we had already seen all the founding Avengers. Unless you mean Michelle Pfeiffer's take on Wasp.

Also, this is apparently for a role that was already cast in Titans (the Chief). So, if that's the case, is Doom Patrol going to be standalone from the Titans? Will they share any of the same cast?
NinnesMBC

@Spock0Clock - I have been wondering the same thing. They already had the actor for the Titans episode and they've teased that after their eponymus episode title in Titans, "Doom Patrol", that is where the spin-off begins with Cyborg being involved in some capacity. So yeah it is very strange why they are searching for a new actor. Was there a very secret BTS fallout with the previous one?

If not, maybe the previous one is just playing like a red herring or decoy version of the Chief. Ala Tom Cavanagh being Reverse-Flash but it turns out Matt Letscher is the real Reverse-Flash that was using Tom's Wells face etc.

We'll have to wait and see what is going on there.

Could this be the first drama free, flying under the radar, 'safe' Marvel Studios movie to date? I feel like a film in the MCU has never felt more inconsequential and I don't mean that in a bad way. I guess the movie will ultimately determine it's own impact, but it's interesting to see an MCU film come out in a way that feels as close to a normal summer action movie as these things can be.
