Could Rafe Spall Be ANT-MAN?

With some careful investigating by yours truly, I've come to a conclusion that may shock and surprise you. I am making an educated guess that Rafe Spall (Life of Pi, Prometheus) is playing Henry Pym, AKA Ant-Man.

This started as a fan-cast for Ant-Man, but something happened along the way. I dug up information that leads me to believe Rafe Spall could be considered for Ant-Man.

Edgar Wright consistently works with many of the same actors in his movies. Maybe it was this that caused some people to think that Simon Pegg was going to play Ant-Man.

There's however, another collaborator, someone who you may all know and love (or hate, if you've seen Prometheus) and that's Rafe Spall.

Rafe is a regular collaborator of Wright's. Rafe has been in Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, and The World's End. He also appeard in Wright's Grindhouse contribution, Don't.

He's a collaborator of Wright's, he's beginning to become a household name (but probably wouldn't mind a big franchise to boost his cred), and he looks like he could fit the role physically.

We don't know who will play Ant-Man. In fact, we know very little about Ant-Man besides that Wright is directing, and that it will star Hank Pym. This is all speculation on my part, but I think that there's a good chance that Rafe could read for the role, or be given an offer outright.

What do you guys think? Could Rafe be Henry Pym? Sound off in that usual place.
