BATMAN v SUPERMAN: More Possible Details Regarding Lex Luthor's Party

It has been reported that the scene being shot at the Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum located on the MSU campus is a party at Lex Luthor's home, but a new on-set informant says differently. El Mayimbe of Latino-Review has been sent some possible new info:

It is the reopening of Metropolis Central Library post the battle for Metropolis. Lexcorp funded the construction because “Intellect is man’s biggest strength” which seems to be a direct shot at Superman.

Other small details tied to that scene, the movie will have an almost red carpet montage where the rich and famous are asked their views about the Superman who appeared in the public eye recently. The red carpet setup is attached, and will include both Bruce Wayne and Lex Luthor being asked that question by Lois Lane and Clark Kent on the carpet.

The source did say the party was being host by Lex and he also confirms the previous reports of an altercation between 'Bruce Wayne' (Ben Affleck) and 'Lex Luthor' (Jesse Eisenberg).

BATMAN v SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE - Zack Snyder will direct. It's written by Chris Terrio, from a screenplay by David S. Goyer. The film stars: Henry Cavill as Superman/Clark Kent and Ben Affleck as Batman/Bruce Wayne. The cast also includes: Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Laurence Fishburne as Perry White, Diane Lane as Ma Kent, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Ray Fisher as Cyborg and Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman/Diana Prince. Will arrive in theaters March 25th, 2016.

This movie doesn't just sound like a superhero movie, it sounds like a global phenomenon movie about the mysteries of life and how public perception is involved in the opinion of those in the media. Nice!!! I like it. Not much superhero movies are layered like that.

The characters all seem like they have motives and questions of their own, making them 3-dimmensional. This is exciting!!! This is more than a superhero movie, it is a science fiction drama FILM that blends between Fiction and Reality.

@Omarvles Cool, bro!!! The only movies I'm excited for in 2016 is Suicide Squad and Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. I'm glad you're excited for 7 movies. More power to you!!!!

That will be cool to see. It would even better if they would ask Oliver Queen and Michael Holt those questions too.

Clark interviewing the rich and famous about recent Superman appearances, there should be subtle humor in that montage. I think what DC movies are underrated are in the subtle humor department. People think they are "serious" and " no jokes", but Man of Steel and The Dark Knight trilogy have many examples of subtle humor.

Now THAT is what Lex would say!

@RebelVulcan The only Marvel Superhero I like is Spider-Man. The Amazing Spider-man 2 is very underrated and heavily scrutinized in my opinion. It was a comic book brought to life. If I remember correctly, TMNT 2 is coming out in 2016 too and I'm also excited for that.

If DC is smart, they would cameo Oliver Queen here. They don't have to tease a movie, but open the door for any possible appearance in the future. No way the Queen family wouldn't be present at an event as big as this one.

A red carpet extravaganza. It would be funny if they had a two second E! News joke that says " You're watching E! News, that's how low you've sunk."

Sounds like a cool a scene. Eisenberg throwing party haahah. Opposite of how he must be in real life. I think it's cool to have CK see how pile perceive him, even the rich.

Something tells me no one is expecting how amazing Xmen apocalypse may be. It's going to have to be grandiose with apocalypse as the villian. Out of all the CBM in 2016, the x men film has the greatest villian. Better than LL and we'll have to wait and see who Cap villian is. Iron man seemso be a foil but I expect crossbones and someone else to be the true villain.

Imagine not only Oliver Queen, but also Michael Holt, or Ted Kord or Maxwell Lord! That would be a great nod to DC fans. They could have a bit of fun with that methinks.

@RebelVulcan and Omarvls:

Just because I'm not looking forward to the Marvel movies like X-men and Cap 3 that doesn't mean I won't watch them. It just means I'm not eager to watch them. I saw the Zac Snyder Owl movie even though I wasn't planning on it. The reason I never get excited for X-men movies anymore is because I was excited to see Wolverines Origins and what I ended up seeing was Will.I.AM hog up the spotlight and Wolverine getting his butt kicked with his 1992 GGI claws. I ended seeing The Wolverine on HBO. I also slept through the Captain America movie. Haven't seen the second one. Its good that there are plenty of options to watch in 2016, but I rarely go to the theaters and Batman v Superman:Dawn of Justice & TMNT2 are the only movies I'm excited to watch in theaters. That doesn't mean I won't watch the others later on.

@ComicBornAndBred I know that lots of movies are about media and public perception, but I was referring to superhero movies. Not many superhero movies mention that.

The whole Supermans shown up and wrecked the place idea is a great concept, its just gives so many different motivations to so may different characters. I really hope Snyder delves into how the world deals with the news that 'A Superman exists and Hes American' because its a wonderfully fruitful idea as Watchmen proves

@ComicBornAndBred If you want to watch a non-superhero film that can impact your views on life, I recommend watching Life Is Beautiful. That movie made me laugh, it made me cry, and it made me realize about the beauty of life even during dark times. Life is Beautiful is a wonderful film and an all time classic.
