Many thanks to Henry Cavill News for the images above which were taken on the Detroit set of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. (the full gallery can be found by clicking on the link below). This is obviously classic Clark Kent on display here, though the finer details of this scene - is he in Metropolis or Gotham? - remain unknown. Thoughts on this latest look at the character?

Starring Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Laurence Fishburne, Diane Lane, Jesse Eisenberg, and Jeremy Irons,
Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice is set to be released on March 25th, 2016.

Haha I feel like some fans want them to REALLY embrace this whole "realism" thing. Make Clark undergo plastic surgery whenever he's not in the cape! Make him shave his head when he's Superman! Put on some kind of mask!

I like that they're paying homage to the classic character by having people fooled by a pair of glasses. Lighten up, people. This is supposed to be fun, remember?

He didn't show any sort of journalistic skills or even an interest in the field in Man of Steel. Then all of a sudden he's working at the daily planet at the end. Then you had the nonsense with no one recognising him, they should have scrapped that nonsensical part of the Superman mythos. Glasses do not conceal you like how a mask does.

Haven't you got the memo? There is a strict "no jokes" policy, according to some random website which automatically makes it true

@MisterBatfleck Haha I think the most telling part about that whole "No Jokes" thing is how easy it is for so many people to actually believe that it's true.

Forget about if it's actually legitimate or not...the fact that so many people find it so easy to believe really says a lot about the general public's view of DC's movies. Man of Steel really could've used a few more lighthearted moments, honestly.

People like to make fun of the fact that Clark Kent looks like Superman, but don't acknowledge the fact that War Machine and Hulk had MASSIVE plastic surgery and voice changes that no one in the Avengers Universe mentions.

It took a while for the Avengers to find Hulk because he gained weight and changed head shape.
From this:
To that:
In the end, it doesn't matter because the Avengers was a pretty cool movie that made lots of money. The same thing with Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Just because Clark Kent looks like Superman, it doesn't make the movie less awesome and gain less dollars.

Darn Son, James Rhodes has some serious identity issues. He went from looking like Terrance Howard, then he got plastic surgery and looked like Don Cheadle. He even changes his armor appearances, he went from War Machine to Iron Patriot. Someone send him to the hospital, he's got problems!!!
