Fearing the actions of a god-like super hero left unchecked, Gotham City’s own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis’s most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it’s ever known before.

Starring Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne/Batman, Henry Cavill as Clark Kent/Superman, Gal Gadot as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman, with Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne and Diane Lane returning from Man of Steel, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Jeremy Irons as Alfred, and Holly Hunter in a role newly created for the film. Jason Momoa will also be making an appearance as Aquaman. Zack Snyder's Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice opens in theaters on March 25th, 2016.

I'm honestly starting to think that Red Hood will be the antagonist of the next solo Batman movie. There's just too many signs of it at this point.

I'm honestly shocked! That trailer was truly amazing, focusing on the right things and even addressing MoS citicisms, making it an important narrative tool and just being darn right amazing. I truly hope this competition between Marvel & DC lead to better films

Red Hood story was already done in "Under the Red Hood" and "Arkham Knight". I don't wanna see that twist again. I already know it.
It too late to put it in a movie.
I would like to see something original instead.

Seeing as there already is a Under the Hood Batman film, I have to belive the next Batman film will be both a sequel and prequel. What I mean by that that it will show flashback scenes from a Death in the Family, but put its own spin on it. Plus for all we know Jason could already exist in this universe and as the Red Hood. Maybe Batman just keeps the cape as a way remember he failed Jason.

@RobinHood I like that Leto is channeling Ledger's Joker voice there. Too bad about the tattoos.

It's hard not to do a Joker voice that doesn't sound like Hamill or Ledger.

Maybe I'm the only one, but I wouldn't be surprised to hear Azrael exists in this universe. Seeing that version of Batman could be cool. It would show just how crazy the humans can be too. I also think Zack could make that suit really a beast and a thing of beauty.
