CAPTAIN MARVEL Star Brie Larson Finally Shares The Training Video Of Her Pushing A 5000lb Jeep Up A Hill

Samuel L. Jackson has been talking for months about Brie Larson pushing a jeep up a hill as part of her Captain Marvel training, and the actress has now shared one of those videos for her fans to see...

Captain Marvel star Brie Larson is clearly hoping to be a force for good while promoting the movie, as she's making sure that press events are more diverse than usual and spotlighting charitable causes that will help young girls see the movie during its opening weekend. It's a great use of the spotlight the Marvel Studios release is putting on the actress, and something more people in her position should do.

Before joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Larson was already an Oscar winner but she had never taken on a role quite this physically demanding so a lot of training was required.

Samuel L. Jackson has frequently embarrassed Larson by telling the press about her pushing a jeep up a hill as part of that and the video has finally surfaced online! As you can see, she really does manage to move a 500lb vehicle (with a full tank of fuel and someone in the driver's seat) and if that doesn't prove she's Captain Marvel-ready in your eyes, nothing will.

We also have a new TV spot featuring some fun snippets of never before seen footage as Nick Fury finally starts asking Carol Danvers the right questions. It also appears as if it will be Maria Rambeau who helps her change the colour of her green Starforce uniform!

@santoanderson - I couldn't help looking up specs of jeep wranglers on an automotive website and found ALL wranglers including 4 door and Rubicons are ALL less than 3,000 kgs which means they are even less pounds so how fat is that driver!?!?!?!?!?!?!

@santoanderson - The title is now accurate, but the body of the article still says 500lb.

@MrJosh - 3000 kgs is roughly 6613 pounds so she's actually pushing over a thousand more pounds than she says in her post.

I'm starting to really like Brie. Not specifically for this video but more so the amount of commitment she put to this role. I'm believing she is committed to marvel

I always saw captain marvel as head strong, unabating, fierce, and over confident. Brie is truly embodying that

Capt marvels fall (be it her solo movie, the sequel, or in endgame) will hurt
