CBM Correspondents Wanted for Comic-Con 2010!

If you're going to be at this year's San Diego Comic-Con and would like to contribute to CBM's coverage, we could use your help!

Can you write a snappy news report? Are your photography skills on par with Peter Parker? Is Steven Spielberg envious of your videography prowess? Then we want you! So, bring a camera (video or still) and your computer (or old school notepad and pencil), and add to our content. Anything good will get top billing.

Anyone who has been to Comic-Con in the last few years knows how HUGE it is--and impossible to get in to see everything. That is why we need your help.

Here's what we're looking for:

1. Reports from each of the conference room presentations. Get pics and video if you can.

2. Pics and video of the booths, the stars, the creatives that make comic-con so awesome.

3. Pics of those crazy cosplayers. We're making a huge gallery!

4. If you're lucky enough to get any interviews with stars, directors or creatives that make Comic-Con what it is, send your coverage our way and we'll give you top billing."

5. After party debauchery. If you can remember any of it after all the hard liquor you drank.

6. Your thoughts and experiences of the con. Is it better than ever, or going down hill? Is it getting too big and not comics oriented any more? Are there enough places to eat, sit, or take a shit?

7. Anything else of interest.

How to submit your stuff:

Way #1 - The quickest way to send in simple reports is under our scoops tab located in our news section on the CBM homepage.

Way #2 - Send your reports, pics, and video links to [email protected].

Way #3 - Create a fansite and upload articles, pics & video all by yourself and it will appear on CBM. Fansites are very popular and a great way to contribute to CBM year round, so build yours NOW! It only takes a couple minutes.

We've got a fansite devoted to all the Comic-Con coverage HERE, so get out there and get some good stuff!

I'm going to Comic-con this year. I will be there everyday. Wouldn't miss a first look at THOR goodness!!! If there are any particular things that you all would like me to keep an eye out for let me know. I'll do my best to report on it and take vid/pics. email me with any requests at [email protected].

Marvel Freshman, I'm planning to stay rather active on my Twitter while there. Email me if you want to discuss a better way, but I was thinking I could have you re-tweet my posts so that they find a bigger audience.

Let me know.

I will be there all four days as well and I will definitely keep an eye on any Green Lantern news that pops up. I will try to film the conference room activity and I'll stay pretty close to the DC booth most of the time.

I am going, with an arsonal of cameras, again... Hall H is the permanent place to be for the big stuff... I will be wearing and giving away Edward Norton support for Hulk shirts there. Be in Hall H willing to chant "Norton" when Kevin Feige walks out before the Marvel panel!

Begin the support now on Facebook via a Norton group!

I also won't be able to upload most of my stuff until I get back to the east coast. It will probably be Tuesday. My number one priorities are the Hemsworth/Hiddleston signing session and the Marvel Panel of course. I'll be Twitting pictures everyday on my Twitter acct. If interested you can find me under this same screen name.
