Eve Experiences A Sexual Tremor In Storyboards For Alex Proyas' Defunct PARADISE LOST

Look at what I found. A rare treat, storyboards for Alex Proyas' unproduced, Paradise Lost. They depict the moment in which Eve eats the forbidden fruit from the Tree of Knowledge. Her first bite into the apple causes her to experience a "sexual tremor."

In February of 2012, Legendary Pictures pulled the plug on Paradise Lost. It was to be a loose adaptation of John Milton's 17th century poem. Director Alex Proyas ("The Crow") had planned to use the most advanced 3D and motion capture technology to bring the biblical saga to life, but in the end budget concerns were too much to overcome. Legendary, tried numerous times to rework the numbers to get it below $120 million, but it was too daunting a task. At the heart of the issue, was the enormous amount of visual effects that were required for the celestial battles, that involved massive aerial warfare. It would've featured an all-star cast: Bradley Cooper as Lucifer, Benjamin Walker as the archangel Michael, Casey Affleck as Gabriel, Diego Boneta as Adam, Camilla Belle as Eve and Dijmon Hounsou as Abdiel, the Angel of Death.

Official Synopsis: Lucifer and Michael, God's greatest archangels, share the bond of extraordinary friendship until God produces his greatest creation: Man. Unable to remain subservient to God if it means bowing down to humanity, Lucifer begins his dark descent and is cast out — only to plot his revenge.

A Paradise Lost movie would be fantastic but Proyas is a pretty mediocre director so we may have a dodged a bullet here.

Seeing the war on heaven interpreted into the silver screen I would buy millions to see, if it has the right people on board.

Thank god it was cancelled because I really can't see Cooper as Lucifer, the ultimate badass. They should have cast Cumberbatch LOL!

They should've made this. Even with DVD sales and rentals they would make their money back.

One of the few movies, I really hope it will get picked up by another studio, and keeping Alex Proyas and the cast of course. Proyas's the Crow and Dark City are just awesome.

I was anticipating this soooo much. And seriously? You can't see Cooper as Lucifer? Dude has quite a satanic swagger to him. Haha. And please, everyone quit riding Cumberpatch's dick. He's okay. Not God, alright? And just to say it, Into Darkness sucked. And he didn't help.
