Lozzy - 1/5/2014, 6:23 PM
NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
VaderNation - 1/5/2014, 6:26 PM
Why?! I don't understand why any major blockbuster cant have a worldwide release date. This sucks big time!
Kurne - 1/5/2014, 6:28 PM
NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BUT WTF, I had no idea it was being released an ENTIRE month early!!!! July 7? When was that announced!!!!!!!!!!!
Kurne - 1/5/2014, 6:29 PM
WB HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH THIS LIKE THEY DID WITH MOS BEING RELEASED ALMOST 2 WEEKS LATER IN AUS!!!!!
DEVLIN712 - 1/5/2014, 6:32 PM
Everyone should just move to the UK and Ireland, we get everything early
Kurne - 1/5/2014, 6:32 PM
This sucks; we better be getting Cap TWS early. The worldwide release is in April and I can only hope that they move it up a week early (as they always do)...
Kurne - 1/5/2014, 6:33 PM
Seriously though, when was it announced that Guardians would be released in Aus almost a month earlier than the U.S.? This is a surprise to me on both fronts.
VaderNation - 1/5/2014, 6:38 PM
@Kurne
As it stands, were getting Cap TWS on April 3rd in Aus.
SuperCat - 1/5/2014, 6:43 PM
Sorry Australia. That's really f@cked up.
Firgosaurus - 1/5/2014, 6:45 PM
They have different release dates due to market availability. Some of guys are just retarded. Man If they really wanted that date, they'd pay the exhibitors. Obviously it's not a big deal so yeah deal with it.
Kurne - 1/5/2014, 6:49 PM
It was kind of already [fricked] enough (in a good way) due to the fact that it was going to be released in July.

[Fricking] July.
WaffeX - 1/5/2014, 6:56 PM
German Release Date is 4 September, shiiiiiiiiit
Desrow - 1/5/2014, 7:01 PM
So it begins....
Wildaniel - 1/5/2014, 7:31 PM
Its not fair to release a movie overseas a month before its release in the USA. Then it would be online and people would bootleg it. Thats why maybe they decided to release it in August in Australia.
AlexLaChiusa - 1/5/2014, 8:35 PM
I'm Australian but I'll be in America in June/July. No waiting an extra month for me!
Kurne - 1/5/2014, 8:56 PM
@AlexLaChiusa

Guardians comes out August 1 in the U.S. :P

Kurne - 1/5/2014, 8:57 PM
@Intruder

Kangaroos are cuter. I have one in my backyard.
wambam91 - 1/5/2014, 9:09 PM
@Kurne MoS Release being 2 weeks later in Aus was basically so they could capitalise on the school holidays and get more people in.
Thought that might have been the case here, however there are no school holidays in August.
Firgosaurus - 1/5/2014, 9:30 PM
Why do the release blockbusters in June, July, August?

It's summer time in NA and it benefits everyone. If the other countries follow suit. The distributor will not be able to maximize profit by capitalizing on high volume of traffic.

The distributors have this mapped out. They know what they are doing. This is why you some movies get moved up or down depending on how well the forecast is.

It's not some stupid conspiracy shit.
BaneSmash - 1/5/2014, 10:23 PM
^^^^^^^^Asshole Alert^^^^^^^
loki668 - 1/5/2014, 11:32 PM
I think we lost Lozzy. Last reports had him running through Brisbane with a pick-axe yelling "August 7th, AUGUST 7TH!!!!!!????!!!????". Witnesses weren't sure what he was referring to, but new doomsday cults are now springing up in the region focused on that date.
Varanus - 1/5/2014, 11:35 PM
Well this sucks.
Starkasm - 1/5/2014, 11:37 PM
ARE YOU [frick]ING KIDDING!!!
MightyZeus - 1/6/2014, 1:09 AM
No. This aint fair. Why make us wait. I mean i had to wait a whole month to watch Man of Steel in theatres. I had to wait a while to watch The Hobbit : TDOS.

Why cant these films just be released on the same day as a world wide release. Why make other countries wait.
TheManFromMars - 1/6/2014, 2:17 AM
Because Hollywood is EVIL!

I just hope Brazil's date remains unchanged (and early)
jlabatman - 1/6/2014, 2:32 AM
Maybe the Dingoes ate your July release!
Starkasm - 1/6/2014, 2:34 AM
A day or two? Ye cool whatever. A week or two? Sucks, but it could be worse. A month. ...getting real tired of your shit Hollywood.
Starkasm - 1/6/2014, 2:35 AM
Jlabatman

You know that's a real story? Mother lost her child. You about to cross some serious lines homeslice.
marvelstudios - 1/6/2014, 2:44 AM
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. fkn shiit, motherfkn shit.

jlabatman - 1/6/2014, 3:09 AM
Yeah considering that bit has been used many times, not too worried about crossing a line, homeslice!
Starkasm - 1/6/2014, 3:20 AM
Hahahah
loki668 - 1/6/2014, 4:26 AM
@Starkasm
